Quick Start

Register new account

1. Navigate to the Hark Connect login page: https://app.harkconnect.com/login
2. Click on the “Sign Up” tab.
3. Fill out the required fields marked by “*” (first name, last name, email, and password).
4. Click “Create Your Account” button:
5. Got to your email account and find the verification email
6. Click “Verify Email Address”.
7. Once you completed those steps you should be able to sign into hark using your newly created email address and password.

Purchase a new session (with coupon):

1. Sign into https://app.harkconnect.com/login using your email address
2. Click one of the three “Buy Sessions” buttons that you can see on this page.
3. Make sure drop down is set to “United States” and your current zip code
4. Click “Continue”.
5. Click on the “Add Coupon” Link.
6. Where it says “EXAMPLE20”, type in our coupon code which is “test10”.
7. Click “Add Coupon”
8. Once you confirmed the coupon worked correctly, click “Complete Checkout”. Two Things will happen.
   • The window will disappear and you will see the dashboard page again.
   • You will receive an email from paddle saying you purchased a session. Be patient sometimes the system takes a few minutes to send the email.
9. After completing checkout wait a few seconds (could be minutes depending on your internet connection.) for the payment to go through the system and then you will see a new session be added under “New Sessions”
10. Click the “New Sessions” Tab.
